Secrecy is Important

The modern world is becoming more and more technologically advanced. We hear on the news of 'big data', 'metadata', continual surveillance and, generally, a lack of privacy. The good news is that the contents of your Will can remain private during your lifetime.

Who knows what is in my Will?

Find a Will does not know what is in your Will. That is private and can remain so until after your death. The register only needs to record the existence, location and date of your Will and the details of the organisation or person wrote your Will. You can, if you wish, also choose to register the names of your witnesses and executors.

No information is ever disclosed until you have passed on. Information is then only shared with those entrusted with dealing with the administration of your estate if they are trying to ascertain the date, location or existence of your Will.
